Regular exercise turns on numerous hormones and enzymes that improve metabolism and help with weight control. Without regular exercise the body is not nearly as efficient at maintaining a healthy weight.
We provide simple fitness evaluation and instruction at our center, with one-on-one training to help you develop a customized home program that works for you.
Our instructor, Karli Bovee, has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on sport and fitness management. Additionally, she is a registered nurse and works with our medical providers, so she has insight into medical conditions that may require special consideration with your exercise and fitness routine.
