The good news is that the biggest health benefits from exercise come when you go from doing none, to doing some.  Simple as that.  Regular exercise turns on numerous hormones and enzymes that improve metabolism and help with weight control.  Without regular exercise the body is not nearly as efficient at maintaining a healthy weight.

We provide simple fitness evaluation and instruction at our center, with one-on-one training to help you develop a customized home program that works for you.
