Ozonated Glycerin Protocols

by | Jan 19, 2025 | Articles, Conditions, General Interest

Ozonated glycerin is glycerin (glycerol) that has been infused with ozone (O₃ gas) through a controlled bubbling process. The ozone reacts with the fatty alcohol structure of glycerin to form more stable ozonides and peroxides.

  1. Nebulization:  Begin with a 5% concentration (1 cc diluted in 19 cc of chlorine-free, preferably filtered, water) and increase up to 30% concentration (3 cc diluted in 7 cc of water) according to tolerance, twice daily.
  2. Nasal spray:  OG can be used at 10% (1 cc in 9 cc of chlorine-free water) in a nasal atomizer. Apply into the nostrils after possible germ exposure; before, during, or after airplane travel, buses, subway, theaters, etc.
  3. Oral:  OG can be taken starting with1/8 teaspoon diluted in a glass of water or beverage, twice daily, and increased up to 1 teaspoon or more, three times daily, according to tolerance and need. Take approximately one hour apart from antioxidant consumption.
  4. Gargles:  OG at 20% (1 tablespoon OG in 4 tablespoons water) or hydrogen peroxide 3% diluted in half. Do not swallow either solution.
  5. Intravenous (IV):  Can be administered as detailed in the IV OG protocol
  6. “Prolozone”:  Can be injected into joints or painful areas. Prepare a 10 cc base, from which 1 cc is drawn to inject into different areas (not small joints like the jaw, as this may cause pain or neuropathy).  In a sterile 10 cc empty vial:
  • OG (full concentration) – 3 cc
  • Procaine 1% – 3 cc
  • Vitamin B12 (1 mg/cc) – 3 cc (OH-B12 preferred, since some people are genetically over-methylated)
  • Sodium bicarbonate 8.4% – 1 cc
  1. Around tumors: Some practitioners inject between 20–60 cc of a 5% OG solution made with sterile normal saline (not water) to dilute the full concentration. It also contains 3 cc of 1% procaine, 1 unit of regular insulin, 1 cc of 99% DMSO, and 0.25–0.5 cc of sodium bicarbonate. This formula can be injected around tumors every 2–4 weeks.
  2. Spray on open tumors:  The same formula as in point 7 can be sprayed 1–3 times daily.
  3. Spray on wounds:  OG at 5% prepared with sterile water to dilute the full concentration can be sprayed over wounds.
  4. Intraperitoneal:  1000 cc of OG at 5% prepared with sterile normal saline to dilute the full concentration, plus 10 cc of 8.4% sodium bicarbonate, can be applied intraperitoneally.
  5. Eye drops:  At 0.5%: add 5 drops of OG to 15 ml of store-bought artificial tears.
  6. Age spots:  Can be applied topically at10% or at full concentration, according to tolerance.
  7. Topical use on joints or tissues:  Can be used between10% and full concentration, with DMSO (at various concentrations) for pain, according to tolerance.
  8. Ear drops:  OG10% solution in water, spray or apply with a dropper into ears daily.
  9. Bladder:  OG 5–10% diluted in sterile saline for better retention in the bladder. Empty the bladder before the procedure. Introduce 60–120 cc depending on tolerance. Clamp the Foley catheter and attempt to retain OG in the bladder for 30–60 minutes.

Get OG from PurO3.com, DMSO in glass bottles from DMSOstore.com.  Mix 1 part DMSO to 4 parts OG and apply the mixture to the skin and rub it in several times a day.
