Oct 11 – Keys to Great Health, Dr. Scott Rollins
This is Dr. Rollin’s top ten list of areas to consider when striving for good health. In our first seminar we’ll lay out the groundwork for you to establish your own “road map” toward great health.
Oct 14 – Movement Class, Monica Cullinane
Learn how easy it is to do yoga and what it can do for your health. This class is designed for the beginner, any age and any state of health. Develop a customized home program that works for you.
Oct 25 – Nutrition 101, Meredith Newell
Learn what makes up a healthy diet, how to cook whole foods, and how to eat healthy despite a busy lifestyle. Hands on demonstrations and plenty of food provided.
Oct 30 – Plan For Great Health, Dr. Scott Rollins
Implement your personal plan for great health. Get individual guidance on lab testing and supplements, along with great discounts to help you get started.
We will need 10 attendees for this Seminar Series to take place and will cap at 15 attendees.
