Fluoride and Bromide containing medications

Medications that contain either fluoride or bromide or both.  Avoid these medications in general, but especially if you have conditions that are worsened by further exposure, such as low thyroid or fluoroquinolone toxicity.

DuoNeb (nebulized Combivent)

Enablex (darifenacin) bromide

Flonase (fluticasone)

Flovent (fluticasone)

Guaifenex DM (dextromethorphan) bromide

Lescol (fluvastatin)

Levaquin (levofloxacin)

Lexapro (escitalopram)

Lipitor (atorvastatin)

Lotrisone topical cream

Paxil (paroxetine)
